We are a Dutch family of five and moved to Canada early 2006. We brought along our entire 'livestock,' three dogs; Jack (yes, a jack russell), Pepper, and Nenah (two tervueren-shepherd dogs), two neutered cats named "Flea" and "Vlekkie," five horses and one "want-to-be-horse."

Although it wasn't easy to bring these guys along, we decided we wouldn't leave without them. Although sometimes we regret taking the "want-to-be."

We all live very happily in the south of Alberta, near Fort Macleod, and not far away from the Rocky Mountains.

The horses enjoy their freedom, which they had to miss for a time during their quarantaines.

However, they seemed to have made the trip without any problems and we feel it's a miracle that we are all here together.

We fell in love with the Irish tinkers a long time ago.

They were not yet very well-known in Europe when we decided to get ourselves a paint. We stumbled into a painted horse who was not quite the paint as we had in mind, but we never had seen such a horse, such manes, feathers, such gentility, so noble.

So we took this lady home and named her Tosina. We got ourselves acquainted with this phenomenal breed.

After a while we took in more of these horses and are importing on a small scale the finest ones from the Netherlands into Canada.

We will breed some of them, on a small scale since we want to keep the herd small and give them all the attention they need.

Due to that the horses we will have up for sale are very limited.

Also we provide stud-service from our stallion M.J. Navarro, but only for a couple of horses each year.
